  • All classes and private sessions are 50 minutes, allowing time for focused work and a smooth transition between sessions.

  • Anything you feel comfortable moving in. Fitted athletic wear like leggings and a snug top work best so your instructor can support your form and alignment. No shoes are needed—most clients go barefoot or wear grip socks.

  • Just yourself and comfortable workout clothing. We provide all Pilates equipment, mats, and props.

  • We require 24 hr notice to cancel or reschedule a class or session. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.

  • Yes. Select mat classes are available virtually. Virtual participants automatically receive a recording after class.

  • Many classes can be adapted, but private sessions are the best place to begin if you’re working with an injury, osteoporosis, or other special considerations.

  • We’re located at 59 Charlotte Street, Asheville, NC, just north of downtown. Convenient parking is available nearby.
